After a few years of ‘in-depth’ studies and research, and having attended seminars by Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and Brian Tracy and following Jim Rohn, Robbin Sharma and may similar gurus, I have specialised in “goal setting” and have conducted many open workshops as well as customised interventions for teachers, students, corporate professionals.
Where do you write them?
In a word document on your lap top? Yes, you can do it. But nothing like writing them by hand, on paper, as that goes deep in your sub conscious mind. The Journal that you will get will serve just that purpose. Its NOT a diary. It’s a journal. You can start any day of the year! The best day, however, is “Today.”
